01About Zyra

Factory-made.
Family-backed.

Zyra Modulars is a modular interior factory in Tamil Nadu, started by the family behind Sutha Interiors and Sutha Plywoods. Years of helping customers choose plywood, laminates and hardware showed us what homeowners really want: interiors that fit perfectly, last long and cost fairly. So we built our own factory to make them.

  • A

    Designed in-house

Our designer turns your floor plan into 2D layouts, 3D views and a production cutlist.

  • B

    Cut on CNC

Every panel is machined to the cutlist for tight joints, straight lines and consistent edges.

  • C

    Installed by our team

The same team that plans and builds your interiors fits them at your home.

How much do modular interiors cost?

It depends on your home size, layout, materials, finishes and hardware. Use the free quote tool or send us your floor plan for an itemised estimate.

How long will my project take?

Timelines depend on scope and site readiness. Typically [X days] from design sign-off for modular work — we confirm your schedule before booking.

Is the design consultation free?

Yes. Share your plan and ideas on WhatsApp or meet us — there is no charge to discuss and get suggestions.

Will I see my design before it is made?

Yes. We prepare 2D layouts and 3D views, and production starts only after you approve the final design.

Which plywood should I choose — BWP or MR?

BWP (boiling-water-proof) is recommended near the sink and other wet areas; MR (moisture-resistant) suits wardrobes and dry areas. We help you choose for each space.

Do you offer a warranty?

Ask us about warranty coverage for your project. [Warranty: X years on … — to confirm]

Can I see materials and finishes in person?

Yes — plywood, laminates and hardware can be seen and touched at our Sutha Interiors and Sutha Plywoods shops.

What is the payment schedule?

A booking confirms your order, followed by stage-wise payments as agreed in your quotation.

Do you offer EMI or financing?

[Confirm whether EMI options are available]

Which areas do you serve?
